Anytime from now, we would be witnessing the official launch of a fully Nokia branded smartphone.
The Finnish OEM had been restricted from making any smartphone branded in its name since the acquisition of its mobile phone division by Microsoft in 2013. However, that restriction ends this 3rd quarter.
While no info has been made available regarding the specs of the Nokia P1, we would safely assume it would feature the same specs as the Sharp Aquos P1, with a 5.3in FullHD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 23MP camera, 5MP selfie, fingerprint scanner on the side, Android OS 6.0 and 3000mAh battery.
We wait to see how true these supposed phones pan out.
